Refund policy

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Orders $100 and over ship for free. Otherwise, we have a flat fee of $7.99 for all orders. Orders ship via USPS with a 5 to 8 day shipping time.

Orders are processed within 4 to 6 business days (not including weekends or holidays). Any unforeseen internal delays will be relayed via our website banner. 

Please contact us for shipping times if packages must arrive by a specific date.

You will receive your shipping confirmation email as soon as a label is created for your order, and the tracking status of your shipment may take up to 48 hours once a label has been created. 

Once shipped, an order's tracking information is outside of our control. While we wish we could oversee every step, the ultimate delivery process is beyond our control. Regrettably, we are unable to replace missing or stolen packages at this time. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are currently not offering international shipping at this time and apologize for any inconveniences. 

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Our products are small batched and made specifically for you. We will gladly accept returns/exchanges on any items that are damaged in transit. At this time we will only accept non-damaged returns for store credit if returned unused and in the original packaging.

If your order is damaged or broken, please send a photo of the damage with your order number (found on your order confirmation email) to our email at restandreveriestudios@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order. Please email us with your order number to initiate a return. If you decide to return an item(s), you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you and the cost of returning the package. We unfortunately do not provide free returns at this time.
