Where are you located?
Rest & Reverie Studios is based in San Francisco, CA. All of our products are carefully handmade in our studio.
Are your products stocked in any physical stores?
We are currently based online only. If you are a boutique or shop looking to stock our products please reach out to us via email at restandreveriestudios@gmail.com.
How can I contact customer support?

When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Processing time for our inventory is 6-8 business days. Once your order and payment are submitted, a estimated delivery date should be indicated on your email confirmation.
Where do you ship to?
As much as we would love to ship our products globally. We currently ship domestically only at this time.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is set to a flat rate of $7.99 for all orders under $100. Orders over $100 ship for free! You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Do you offer custom products?
Yes, please contact us with your customer order details to see if we can accommodate your fragrance needs. We may not be able to fulfill all orders due to order minimums, various production or time constraints so please reach out as early as possible.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Wholesale pricing will be available starting Winter 2026.

How important is sustainability to R&R Studios?
At Rest & Reverie Studios, we are greatly concerned about the health and wellbeing of our planet. All of our materials are sourced in the United States to reduce carbon emissions and we try our best to utilize recyclable and renewable materials such as our packing materials, glass vessels, clean burning waxes/fragrance oils and cork lids.
How big is the R&R Studios Team?
We are currently a one woman operation with the occasional appreciated assist of friends and family. Our founder, Brittany (that’s me!) is our sole photographer, designer, marketing team, candle maker, and order fulfillment services.
